This notice explains how Ekol ÇED Çevre Yönetim Hizmetleri San. ve Tic. A.Ş. ("Ekol Çevre", "we") handles personal data collected through this website. We process personal data under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where it applies to visitors in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

- Details you send through the contact form or by e-mail, such as your name, e-mail address, phone number, company, country and the content of your message.
- Technical data needed to deliver the website securely, such as your IP address and browser type, kept in server logs.
- Analytics data, only if you allow analytics cookies in the cookie banner.
Why we use it
We use contact form data to answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal you asked for and keep a record of our correspondence. The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Technical data is used to keep the website secure and working. Analytics data is used, with your consent, to understand which pages are useful.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with service providers that host our website and e-mail, under confidentiality obligations, and with authorities where the law requires it. Some providers may store data outside Turkey; where that happens we rely on the safeguards that KVKK and the GDPR require.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within two years. Correspondence linked to a contract is kept for the periods required by Turkish commercial and tax law. Server logs are kept for a short period for security purposes.
Cookies
The website uses strictly necessary cookies to work, for example to protect the contact form. Analytics and marketing cookies are only set after you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time through the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to its processing, or ask for a copy in a portable format.
